• Prepare craft cocktails and mixed drinks tailored to customers' preferences and specified recipes
• Inform customers about current drink specials and menu offerings
• Stay well-informed about spirits, liquors, and beers to offer expert advice on drink selection and construction
• Enforce all health and safety guidelines, particularly those related to alcohol, and ensure team members comply with regulations
• Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, including replenishing alcohol supplies as needed

• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
