Nurse Leader

La Clinica de Familia is a leading healthcare provider in Southern New Mexico, dedicated to delivering quality medical services to the community. We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join our team.

The Nurse Leader will be responsible for the direct supervision of assigned clinical staff and for clinical support direction of patient care and treatment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a working knowledge of health management and service delivery, and the ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality.

• Provide direct patient care and support of provider according to established policies and nursing protocol.
• Supervise and direct assigned clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

• Current New Mexico RN/LPN License.
• Current CPR certification/training; ongoing maintenance of CEU's.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
