Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care for each resident.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care for each resident
• Provide nutritional counseling for residents and their families
• Participate in IDCP care conferences as needed

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible
• Candidate must comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
• Candidate must possess organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
