We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess and treat communication disorders, develop individualized education plans, and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
