We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at VENT Fitness.

As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all who visit our club.

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to members, setting the tone for their visit
• Assist with member tours, answering questions and providing information about our services and facilities
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle customer payments
• Prepare and serve protein shakes and other beverages
• Enroll members in fitness classes and sessions, ensuring they have a smooth and hassle-free experience
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all members
