This role provides a chance to utilize your intellect, technical expertise, and eagerness to assist, enhancing your customers' experiences while earning a competitive income and developing transferable skills.

Compensation Structure: $20 - $25 per hour (Base plus commission)

Our compensation model includes a base hourly wage, individual and team sales incentives, and additional pay for specific installations and repairs. We guarantee a minimum pay of $20.00 per hour during your initial six months, allowing you to fully grasp our operations. Exceptional performers can earn over $25 per hour during this period.

Weekend Shift Differential: Working weekends is essential in retail. We offer an additional $2 to $3 per hour for all weekend shifts, based on whether the hours are at the standard or overtime rate.

Training: No prior experience with our products or services is necessary, as we provide thorough training. All you need is a background in customer service and sales. Paid training will occur at our location during weekdays for the first 2 to 3 weeks.

If you excel in delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy sales and problem-solving, and are eager to learn about repairing consumer electronics, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service / Sales
  • Welcome customers, inquire about their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize a technology-based Point of Sale system for transactions
  • Handle inbound phone sales and service inquiries
  • Install batteries in various devices
  • Disassemble and reassemble electronic devices for repairs
  • Collaborate effectively with team members

Merchandising / Inventory Management:

  • Maintain and manage inventory levels
  • Process shipments to commercial clients
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Create displays to promote seasonal products
  • Prepare the store for daily operations

Physical Requirements / Work Environment: This position requires regular standing, walking, and use of hands; frequent talking, hearing, and lifting up to 50 pounds; and occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and lifting more than 50 pounds.

Associates will use various tools and equipment, including electrical cables, hand tools, and testing devices, while also regularly using phones, computers, and printers. Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and outdoor conditions may occur, along with the risk of electrical shock. Protective gear, such as goggles and gloves, will be provided as necessary.
