Compensation: $25.00 per hour

BrightPath Kids USA is in search of passionate, committed, and nurturing Educators to enhance our educational team. We currently have Full Time and Afternoon roles available across various locations. Our organization provides comprehensive training within a nurturing environment and small class sizes. A sense of humor is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers
  • Completion or progress in a Child Growth and Development Course

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute educational programs for your toddler/preschool classroom
  • Maintain an engaging classroom atmosphere that caters to the needs of your students
  • Foster meaningful connections with your students to tailor your teaching approach
  • Collaborate and support fellow educators consistently
  • Utilize our communication tools to build relationships with students' families
  • Actively engage in professional development opportunities, including weekly supervision, ongoing training, planning time, staff meetings, and curriculum discussions
  • Contribute positively to our environment with adaptability and enthusiasm for teaching young children
