Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Crew Member at Dunkin' Donuts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, preparing and serving high-quality products, and executing marketing initiatives to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Prepare and deliver all products according to Dunkin' Donuts brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, including promotions and sales drives.
• Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
