MARRIOTT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one to two years of experience as a bartender, with excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines. They must also meet the minimum state requirement for serving alcohol and hold any necessary certifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve drinks, as well as food, to all guests and servers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Control liquor inventory and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
