Position: Traffic Surveillance Operator
Compensation: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly
Shifts: Available for 1st and 3rd shifts, typically ranging from 10 to 12 hours.
  • Night shifts require availability from Sunday to Thursday.
Training will be provided for 1st shifts. Start and end times may vary, with 3rd shifts commencing as early as 5 PM (commonly between 7 PM and 8 PM).
  • Flexibility for various shifts during weekdays and weekends is essential.
  • Location: Harrisburg, PA
  • Must be prepared to remain in a vehicle for extended periods.
  • This role involves close collaboration with local DMV to uphold speeding regulations in construction zones.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and dismantle camera equipment.
  • Monitor vehicle speeds at designated locations.
  • Accurately process paperwork for court deployment forms.
  • Engage in local travel within the assigned jurisdiction or throughout the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Adjust camera settings based on weather and lighting conditions.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors and fellow operators.
  • Exhibit professional conduct while traveling to and from sites and while representing the company.
  • Document and report any equipment-related issues.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a clear driving record.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods.
  • Intermediate proficiency in operating computers and related technology.
  • Photography skills are advantageous.
  • Steel-toed footwear is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
