About the Position:

  • Provide administrative support for pediatric services, including scheduling appointments and managing referrals.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to requests, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with billing and record retention activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Two years of progressively responsible clerical experience, including receptionist and scheduling duties.
  • Proficient in MS Office and electronic registration systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package available.
