Gatehouse Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Gatehouse Attendant at Rollins Lake Campground in California.

This is a full-time, seasonal position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to park visitors, answering questions, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

• Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors
• Answer questions and provide information about park rules and regulations
• Monitor and control access to the campground
• Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payments and handling customer complaints
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret park rules and regulations
• Valid California driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
