  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and local conditions to adapt leasing strategies as needed.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives to attract potential tenants, including hosting open houses and creating appealing property listings.
  • Assist with lease renewals, terminations, and resident retention efforts to sustain high occupancy levels.
  • Adhere to fair housing regulations in all interactions with tenants and applicants, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust with potential tenants.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with fair housing laws, leasing regulations, and real estate practices.
  • Proficient in leasing software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment while achieving leasing targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Sales experience is essential.
