We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as School-Based Speech Therapists. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on students' communication skills and overall academic success.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a strong background in assessing and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication disorders and develop targeted IEP goals.
  • Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to students in K-12 settings, adapting techniques to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for students.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote students' communication skills and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Arizona SLP license in good standing.
