TEAM SUPERVISOR -

The Buff City Soap Midwest Team Supervisor plays a vital role in cultivating a customer-focused atmosphere, collaborating closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to uphold all Guest service standards.

This individual will oversee and direct the Makery operations to meet corporate objectives by instilling a sense of urgency in achieving targets.

Moreover, they will assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in training team members, ensuring accountability, and providing coaching within a supportive and inclusive store culture.


KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promotes a customer experience culture that is positive, authentic, and informative.
  • Aims to meet or surpass sales targets and average transaction values.
  • Communicates daily priorities, objectives, and initiatives to team members.
  • Trains new team members in delivering exceptional Guest experiences using Buff City Soap's Core 4 scripts.
  • Provides coaching to team members as necessary, offering appropriate recognition and guidance.
  • Ensures all products are produced to Buff City Soap's quality standards.
  • Creates daily production schedules for store team members.
  • Trains new team members in the creation of soaps and other products.
  • Leads the team in adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Sets an example by following all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with cash handling processes among team members.
  • Assists in promotional events as required.
  • Ensures completion of all opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Undertakes additional tasks as directed by leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability to open and close the store as needed.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
  • Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
