Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess risks to determine accurate premiums for commercial businesses
  • Negotiate and communicate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the metro-Boston and Southern Massachusetts territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with independent agents to foster a diverse and profitable portfolio
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of multiline commercial underwriting experience, with a preference for more than 3 years
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $108,000 - $182,400 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
