The Everett Clinic is a thriving physician-led practice located just 30 minutes north of Seattle. Our practice focuses on the health of our patients and strives for a healthy work-life balance for our team. With a low physician turnover rate and high physician satisfaction scores, The Everett Clinic is one of the Northwest's most sought-after organizations.

Our team of 11 Gastroenterologists and 6 ARNPs continues to grow, and we are looking to add an additional team member to keep up with patient volume and demand.

Practice Highlights:

  • Minimal Call – 3-4 weekends per year (1 weekend every 3-4 months), 2 call nights per month
  • Daily mix of procedures & patient visits (65%+ time in endoscopy)
  • Supportive multispecialty practice with robust primary care group referral base.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology and Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Unrestricted Washington license or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to obtain hospital privileges at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within electronic medical record system

The salary range for this position is $500,000 to $659,400. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
