We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hammonds Lane Center in Brooklyn Park, MD. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
