Salon Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Salon Manager to lead our team at Cost Cutters. As a Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all salon operations, providing leadership and tools for success, and ensuring the highest quality service for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage salon operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and client relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to salon employees to ensure a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or barber license.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
