Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with providers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Support the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (or Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing with plans to earn a baccalaureate degree)
- Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Emergency room or critical care nursing experience preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Spoken mastery of a second language
