Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, primarily supporting sales growth and customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive refinishing and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper use of Health, Safety, and Equipment practices
  • Perform product demonstrations and line trials
  • Provide in-shop product training
  • Resolution of product failures
  • Support sales and installation of new products
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with automotive refinishing
  • Strong knowledge of paint, chemical aspects, and refinishing
  • Ability to work in cooperation with others
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of automotive refinishing experience
  • Completion of paint manufacturers training in waterborne paint application
  • Strong color-matching abilities
