Job Title: Tooling Machinist/Knife Grinder

The Historic Phillips Forest Products is seeking a skilled Tooling Machinist/Knife Grinder to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of molding knives, ensuring they are sharp and ready for use, and maintaining the tooling room in a clean and orderly state.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creation of molding knives and ensure they are sharp and ready for use
  • Maintain the tooling room in a clean and orderly state
  • Ensure all knives and templates are stored in their designated spots
  • Perform machine maintenance and repairs as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Experience with industrial equipment and machinery
  • Ability to learn and operate new equipment and software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
