Job Title: Sr. Salesforce AdminJob Summary:
CARE IT SERVICES is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Admin to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for delivering Salesforce solutions for our customers using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the Lightning Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and key decision makers to support sales and assist active projects in overcoming hurdles and moving forward.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer Salesforce ROI by leveraging the platform to improve employee and customer experiences.
- Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with our development team to take clients beyond Salesforce's declarative capabilities.
- Provide remote training and support.
Requirements:
- Experience with the Lightning Platform is required.
- Familiarity with the New Salesforce Lightning Experience.
