**About the Role:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. As a Part Time LPN Position, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents in a warm and supportive environment.

**Job Summary:**

This part-time position involves working 16 hours per week, with rotating weekend shifts. You will be responsible for assessing, communicating, and documenting residents' status, observing and reporting any significant changes in resident behavior and health, and directing and supervising the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess and document residents' status accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Supervise and direct the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.
  • Mentor and guide the Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.

**Requirements:**

  • Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
