Reassemble and maintain equipment for daily use, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment throughout the workday, adhering to strict health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut and trim meat to meet customer demands and product specifications
  • Tenderize and grind meat using various equipment and techniques
  • Reassemble and maintain equipment, performing routine checks and repairs as needed
  • Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Assist with wrapping meat, stocking the meat case, and arranging the display case to ensure visually appealing displays
  • Assess production needs and rotate merchandise to meet customer demands and minimize waste
  • Follow proper safety procedures and standards, including those related to food handling and preparation

Preferred Qualifications:
