Branch Manager

PABCO Building Products, LLC. is a leading distributor of building products with a strong presence in the Western United States. With over 50 locations, we have been serving the construction industry and communities since 1953.

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Sedro-Woolley distribution center. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in management and the building products industry, with a strong focus on leadership and relationship-building.

• Assume complete accountability for profit and loss within the distribution center.
• Coordinate and direct branch operations by supervising sales, yard operations, and office functions.
• Evaluate opportunities for improvements and expanded services in the area.

• Minimum of three years previous management experience with financial responsibility and a basic understanding of income statements.
• Strong supervisory skills and the ability to develop others.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
