Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Nursing Department at LifeBridge Health. As a skilled healthcare professional, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.

The RN will work collaboratively with the care delivery team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care. With a focus on patient-centered care, the RN will prioritize patient needs, delegate tasks effectively, and supervise the delivery of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting, with a preference for telemetry experience and experience in multiple hospital units
  • CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure
  • NIHSS - National Stroke Assoc NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of hire
