Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Haggen Northwest Fresh. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, boning, trimming, grinding, traying, wrapping, and merchandising fresh beef, pork, and poultry products. You will also assist guests with product selection and sales, track sales, build displays, and maintain inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment
  • Assist in tracking sales and maintaining inventories
  • Provide friendly customer care at all times

Requirements:

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to reach over the head, bend, twist, pull, push, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
