Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our team at the Department Of The Treasury. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks using an automated system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign, maintain, and monitor work status and inventory records
  • Prepare and maintain regular production/inventory reports/attendance records
  • Review documents for specific requirements necessary for processing
  • Periodically review filed material in the light of ongoing programs or special projects
Requirements
  • One year of experience refers to full-time work; To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week, on your resume.
  • General experience - Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular competencies needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
  • Two (2) years of education above the high school level (education may have been obtained in an accredited junior college, college, university, business, secretarial or technical school)
