Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machinery Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Adecco. This role involves the upkeep and repair of both CNC and manual machinery, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Some essential duties include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues in CNC and manual machines, including thorough disassembly, inspection, and repair.
  • Engaging in comprehensive machine overhauls and rebuilds.
  • Designing and implementing replacement components as necessary to facilitate effective equipment repairs.
  • Verifying and adjusting machine alignments to maintain precision.
  • Executing the removal and installation of high-precision bearings.
  • Coordinating repair projects as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of CNC and manual machine tools is preferred.
  • Experience with heavy industrial and mechanical equipment is advantageous.
  • A technical background in Industrial Machine Repair, including apprenticeship or equivalent experience, is preferred.
  • The capability to manage and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Comfort with climbing, kneeling, crawling, and reaching into various workspaces.
Compensation

Pay Rate: $25.00 to $37.00 per hour
