Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the unloading and sorting of incoming packages for effective distribution and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery. Mentor and train team members to perform their tasks safely and efficiently. Provide ongoing feedback to team members to foster improvement and excellence. Conduct inspections of packages to ensure they meet safety standards for transportation.
