About NVIDIA Maxine

NVIDIA Maxine is a developer platform for creating and deploying AI features for real-time video communication and telepresence. Our platform provides state-of-the-art AI models for deploying video/audio enhancement and augmented reality features, as well as end-to-end pipelines of multiple low-latency AI effects accelerated on NVIDIA GPUs.

We are now looking for outstanding engineers to join the NVIDIA Maxine AI team. As a member of our team, you will work alongside brilliant engineers on core technologies to solve ambitious computer vision and deep learning problems, especially building real-time AI algorithms for video communication and telepresence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop groundbreaking AI algorithms that transform the industry in areas such as avatar animation, live portrait driven by video, audio, and text, 3D reconstruction, and neural radiance field (NeRF).
  • Work on 3D human and environmental relighting, hand pose prediction and recognition, 3D human face/body/gaze tracking, and video artifact removal, enhancement, and style transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions for real-time video communication and telepresence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering or research experience in 3D computer vision, animation, or graphics.
  • Strong background in building deep learning models.
  • Hands-on development skills using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow/ONNX.
  • Ability to work independently and drive your own development towards milestones and deliverables.
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with avatar generation/animation, NeRF, human/environment relighting.
  • Experience with real-time tracking of human face, gaze, and body.
  • Background with building AI models for real-time use cases and/or low-power platforms.
  • Experience with CUDA programming and performance optimization.

  • Competitive base salary range: $148,000 - $276,000 USD.
