Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity at Soar Autism Center

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As an SLP, you will play a critical role in providing life-shaping services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties.
  • Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech pathology.
  • Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs.
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
  • Ability to connect and engage with young children.
