Position: Utility Player

We are in search of adaptable and energetic Utility Players for our operations who exemplify our core values of Passion, Humility, Adaptability, Nurture, and Experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient functioning of our clinic by undertaking a variety of responsibilities including front desk operations, back-office support, patient triage, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in patient triage processes
  • Effectively communicate with healthcare providers
  • Document patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Support healthcare providers during procedures and in patient care
  • Administer medications as instructed
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of exam and treatment rooms
  • Provide patient education and address inquiries
  • Perform front office administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Genuine passion for working with children
  • Experience in pediatric healthcare environments
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) credential
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas
  • Current BLS certification
  • Familiarity with medical protocols and EMR systems
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
