HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a recognized Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) dedicated to delivering mental health care to the South Oklahoma City area. We are seeking a qualified Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant to enhance our Medication Clinic Team.

POSITION OVERVIEW
  • Complies with organizational policies and procedures, as well as CARF and DMHSAS standards, while adhering to federal and state confidentiality regulations and specific funding source mandates.
  • Promotes a recovery-oriented service atmosphere for individuals requiring behavioral health support.
  • Executes a range of routine to complex tasks under general supervision.
PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Measure and document client vital signs prior to medication clinic appointments.
  • Accompany clients to the medical office for their services.
  • Prepare all necessary medical supplies for clinic operations.
  • Relay physician's treatment directives to clinical personnel.
  • Assist in the completion of forms for clients seeking low-cost medications.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must possess certification as a Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Required to maintain current RMA or CMA certification.
  • May need to undergo specific training programs as mandated.
