POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Financial Operations / Cost Management will play a pivotal role in steering a profit-driven manufacturing platform that provides essential products and services. This position will oversee financial strategies, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Impact Housing currently has agreements in place for numerous units, translating into substantial revenue for the organization. The future project pipeline is robust, with numerous units under contract, reflecting the company's commitment to growth and sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the finance and operational reporting functions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Enhance financial systems and controls in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage financial reporting, analysis, and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee budget development, cash flow management, and supplier contract negotiations.
- Drive process improvements within the ERP system to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the finance team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance within a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in large-scale operations. A solid understanding of financial leadership in real estate development or construction is highly desirable.
