Job Title: Restaurant Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team at Domino's Pizza, Inc.

About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity that involves coaching and mentoring General Managers, Assistant Managers, and crew members to achieve operational excellence in our restaurants.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to analyze store performance data, and develop targeted coaching objectives to drive improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site coaching sessions with GMs, AMs, and crew members to address operational issues and provide feedback.
  • Analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching objectives.
  • Provide guidance on key operations and management skills to GMs, AMs, and crew members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [4-6] years of experience in restaurant operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving store performance through coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location.
