Job Summary:
As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and report patient status to healthcare teams, including vital signs, lab results, and other relevant information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States.
- Experience working in an Intensive Care Unit environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
