Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at the Alaska Native Medical Center. As an OR Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain operating rooms, equipment, and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions during procedures
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Requirements
  • 1.5+ years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist
  • National certification in Surgical Technology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
