Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled SLP to perform assessments to evaluate communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will create and execute personalized treatment plans for patients, deliver speech and language therapy to individuals across all age groups, and collaborate with a diverse team to ensure holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to patients of all ages
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and advancements in speech pathology

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state license or eligibility for SLP licensure
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in addressing various communication and swallowing disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
