We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team in Ewing, NJ. As an Athletic Trainer with our company, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of student-athletes while promoting a positive and supportive environment for athletic success.

**Job Summary:**

The Athletic Trainer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective athletic training program for contracted organizations, including conducting risk management, injury treatment, and education programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive athletic training programs, including prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries.
  • Maintain accurate records of athlete health and progress, adhering to state licensure requirements and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other healthcare professionals to promote athlete safety and wellness.
  • Conduct educational programs and workshops on health and fitness-related topics, including injury prevention and sports medicine.
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as inventory management and ordering supplies.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training from a CAATE-approved program.
  • BOC certification and current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
  • NJ Department of Education (DOE) clearance and BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
