Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work on complex initiatives, collaborate with client personnel, and contribute to the resolution of multi-faceted situations.
Key Responsibilities- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 3+ years' experience in Java software development.
- 1+ years of demonstrated understanding of testing principles.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model with at least 3 days in the office and the remainder remote.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience building and supporting large batch systems.
- 1+ years of Spring Boot and/or Spring Batch experience.
- Experience with large Oracle databases.
- Experience with Unix scripting languages.
- Understanding of Domain Driven Design principles.
- Knowledge of Cloud-based applications and microservices.
- Experience remediating security findings/vulnerabilities.
