As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Respiratory Therapist will engage in the assessment and treatment of patients within the Cardiopulmonary Services Department. This role demands a high level of expertise and the ability to work under medical supervision to ensure optimal patient care.

  • Qualifications and Credentials
    • Completion of an accredited AMA educational program in Respiratory Therapy, evidenced by a valid certificate.
    • Possession of a current State of NH Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.
    • Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory.
    • Capability to perform independently in high-pressure environments.
    • Experience in managing both invasive and non-invasive ventilated patients.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Successful completion of an Employee Health assessment to confirm physical capability.
    • Physical demands include:
      • Standing, using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing, talking, and hearing.
