We are seeking an Automotive Claims Estimator to join our team. This role involves inspecting, estimating, and evaluating auto physical damage claims. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of auto repair and repair techniques, as well as excellent negotiation skills.

• Deliver consistent service quality throughout the claim life cycle
• Effectively manage work assignments and travel to locations
• Scope claims utilizing technical expertise and information gathered
• Establish the physical damage claim value of assigned losses
• Negotiate claims with customers and/or repair facilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Two years of auto appraisal experience
• Strong technical background in auto repair and repair techniques
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,200 - $102,600, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and wellness program.
