We are seeking a Finance Analyst to become a vital member of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at our global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all FP&A functions, including monthly forecasts, quarterly closures, and annual budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to conduct financial analyses that provide insight into financial performance.
  • Examine data from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, ESPRIT, or Hyperion) to identify trends that aid in decision-making.
  • Spot opportunities to create new analyses or refine existing processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support optimization initiatives through digitalization and automation.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior finance leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a finance-related role (e.g., FP&A or financial reporting).
  • Strong financial acumen with a focus on business analysis.
  • Proficient in financial analysis (Excel) and presentation preparation (PowerPoint); experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., KNIME, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
  • A proactive mindset to tackle complex challenges, coupled with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Adaptability to new challenges in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with software business characteristics is preferred.
