Overview:

We are currently in search of a Housekeeper to maintain the standards of cleanliness at a 160-unit apartment community.

Compensation:

In addition to the hourly wage, a sign-on bonus of $1,500 (before taxes) will be awarded upon hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the property and grounds.
  2. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, hallways, and amenities.
  3. Prepare and clean vacant apartments for incoming residents.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred.
  • Dependability is essential.
  • Must exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
