Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinist II to join our team at 3D Manufacturing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machine tools, ensuring high-quality production and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and mill-turn centers, to produce precision metal parts.
  • Set up and operate machine tools, including Mazak Integrex mill turn centers and Mazatrol programming.
  • Interpret 2D drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Work with engineering and quality teams to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Perform periodic maintenance on machine shop equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in machine technology, with a focus on CNC machining and mill-turn operations.
  • Experience working with oil and gas industry clients, producing long, thin-wall tubular parts.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO, API, and other applicable manufacturing standards and regulations.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Mazatrol programming and EIA programs.
  • Knowledge of 3D's safety and quality processes and procedures.
  • Experience with production of long, thin-wall tubular parts, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
