Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement safety and loss control functions to reduce accidents and occupational illnesses.
  • Design and direct a program to reduce accidents, occupational illnesses, and exposure to long-term health hazards.
  • Maintain compliance with governmental regulatory agencies.
  • Identify causes of past accidents and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, requiring a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's license, Level 1, 2, or 3 Security training required by Texas Commission of Private Security, and licensure by the Private Security Bureau within 120 days of employment.
  • Experience: Dependable person with strong interpersonal, telephone, and communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
