Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Xperience XRG. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine, and consumable items. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, monitoring intoxicated and/or disruptive guests, and refusing further service of alcohol to overly intoxicated guests.

• Ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine, and consumable items
• Keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, dirty ashtrays, trash, etc.
• Monitor intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring to a manager's attention
• Refuse further service of alcohol to overly intoxicated guests
• Record and report any equipment failure

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
