Amusement Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Amusements Attendant to join our team at Spare Time Entertainment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a fun and safe environment for our guests.

• Guest Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to our guests, using Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) to ensure a positive experience.
• Game Operations: Greet guests, explain games, and provide startup instructions as needed. Patrol the gaming area to respond to guest needs and take action to correct any problems.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Encourage guests to try other games or laser tag, promoting knowledge of our location's features and upcoming events.
• Point of Sale Operations: Confidently operate the POS System, making accurate transactions, providing guests with their bill, collecting payments, and making change.
• Inventory Management: Communicate any inventory shortages or damaged equipment to the supervisor, maintaining a sanitary and organized area.
• Safety and Security: Enforce safety rules, report hazards, and monitor guests for rule violations.
